Description
Management and supervision of the daily butchering of pork and beef
Implementation of plans in the processing section
Planning of staff deployment (holidays, leisure, and shifts) in the responsible area
goal-oriented staff managementImplementation of relevant legal regulations in the area
daily visual inspection before the start of processingPoint of contact during audits and inspections
Identifying optimisation potentials and participating in continuous improvement processes
Active participation in the responsible area if required
Communication with other departments
Requirements
Completed further training as a technician or master in the meat sector
Proficient in using industry software CSB and MS Office products
Ability to work independently and with self-reliance
Customer-oriented and business-minded thinking
Flexibility – especially regarding working hours (Saturdays and public holidays)
Teamwork skills and organisational talent
Persuasion, assertiveness, and communication skills are among your strengths
Respectful, appreciative, and trustworthy interactions with everyone is a given for you
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
