Job : Head of Services (all genders)

Our Services Division is in charge of offering a comprehensive offering to our global EV Hardware and EV OEM customers - the goal is to ensure they are able to offer the best charging experience to their customers, by working on all aspects of the service (charging hardware, interoperability, value added services etc.)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Services, to develop the strategy of the division further and lead its implementation. You will be heading a matrix set up, where experts in various disciplines are collaborating to ensure we deliver the best possible value to our customers. You will have an active role in shaping further developments in the eMobility industry as part of Hubject.

Your Tasks
* Creating and implementing a comprehensive Hubject Services strategy, aimed primarily at EV and HW OEMs - developing a compelling service proposition and making it happen .
* Ensuring the right processes are in place for the smooth functioning of the division
* Leading the Services division in a matrix set up , comprising activities on Research & Development, Testing facility and Plug&Charge Services ( apprx 1 5 - 20 FTE)
* Responsible for building further and strengthening the sales and technical consulting set up of Hubject services * Representing Hubject in customer meetings, negotiations, as well as industry events;
* Revenue responsibility, with an active role in project acquisition
