Intro
Are you interested in media research, advertising effectiveness, and data-driven analyses? As a Senior Research Manager, you will work on modern research methods and develop new solutions for analysing media usage and campaign performance. Collaborating with various teams, you ensure that clients fully understand the impact of their campaigns and how they can be improved.
Description
Develop a modern research and insights strategy with the team
Analyse media usage across various channels, such as Out-of-Home, Digital, and Mobile
Plan and manage studies on reach, advertising effectiveness, and campaign performance
Develop models for measuring advertising effectiveness
Analyse and enhance the return on investment of campaigns and media channels
Further develop concepts for cross-media measurement and attribution
Observe and implement new measurement methods and AI-supported procedures
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development
Prepare and present analysis results clearly
Requirements
Completed studies, for example in media studies, statistics, business, or social sciences
Several years of experience in media research, market research, or audience measurement
Good knowledge of reach measurement, KPI systems, and media planning
Experience with studies and analytics tools
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods
Interest in innovative and AI-supported research approaches
Good communication and presentation skills
Motivated to contribute ideas and drive new topics forward
