Service Technician (m/f/d)

What You'll Achieve with Us

• Service and maintenance of plumbed water dispensers in Berlin and surrounding areas

• Preparing devices for delivery, setting up and dismantling devices, performing necessary installation work by connecting the device to water and electricity, and instructing customers on device functionalities

• Maintenance and disinfection of devices, replacement of components/parts, and troubleshooting on devices, deciding on repairs on-site or in the workshop

• Arranging, coordinating, and prioritising customer appointments

• Receiving devices and materials upon delivery, checking completeness according to delivery notes, inspecting for transport damage, and storing materials appropriately

What You Bring

• Industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician with relevant professional experience

• Alternatively: Completed technical vocational training with in-depth application knowledge in drinking water installation, electronics, and mechanics with relevant professional experience

• Qualified electrician according to DIN VDE 0105 Part 100 and DGUV-V3

• Completed training as a fitter

• Class B driving licence

• Knowledge of SAP PM and MS Office

• Knowledge of drinking water hygiene according to VDI 6023 Part FM

• Initiative, high customer orientation, teamwork skills

Compensation

We offer remuneration according to pay group 7 under the Collective Agreement for Utility Services (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also occur.

Additionally, a supplement is paid according to TV-V.
