Your responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivational leader, transform “your” restaurant into the social centre of your community every day

• You are co-responsible for all operational processes, ensuring high quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource use, and the implementation of our service philosophy

We expect from you:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, restaurant specialist, or hotel specialist

• At least 3 years of experience in the gastronomy field and initial leadership experience are required

• A friendly, open-minded personality with a strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high level of commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
