We are looking for you as CNC Machining Engineer (m/f/d) / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik to set up our new production facility at the HYTORC headquarters (New Jersey) What you can expect: Employment in Germany at HYTORC Technologies with an exciting assignment abroad in our US headquarters for at least 12 months, preferably longer Training in our branch in Sprockhövel (approx. 6 months) Visa, relocation and accommodation will of course be organized and provided Key Responsibilities Active participation in the development of a production facility for the production of turned-milled parts with a focus on small series and prototype production Development of process-reliable manufacturing strategies taking into account quality requirements to increase productivity Implementation of all necessary work steps from programming, setup and operation of the machine to the finished product Required Qualifications Fluent in German and English and a desire for an exciting time abroad and intercultural cooperation Technical understanding and experience in manufacturing (an advantage) You have completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d) Drehtechnik Sound knowledge of programming CNC controls (ideally on Siemens 840D controls) Knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage Experience in the implementation of technical drawings with regard to the planning and organization of all necessary work steps A high sense of quality and responsibility as well as a prudent and solution-oriented way of working Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive machining tasks. Must be able to stand for extended periods and move between production areas. Ability to work flexible schedules due to travel and training requirements.
