Description
Job Overview The Global Standards Compliance & Facility Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Rheinland Facility Service GmbH’s cleaning and maintenance practices meet both global best practices and local German regulations. The role involves developing educational programs for staff that focus on compliance, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain training programs that ensure the company’s practices align with global industry standards (such as ISO certifications) and meet local compliance requirements in Germany. Implement sustainability training programs in cleaning and maintenance procedures, aligning with the German Green Building Council (DGNB) or similar bodies. Train staff in global safety and health regulations and ensure compliance with both local and international laws. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the company by updating training materials and promoting best practices. Focus on risk management and quality assurance for the services provided, ensuring the highest standards are met in every facility. Why it works: Focus on global standards compliance: This role emphasizes international knowledge and standards that are not typically a part of the standard facility services education in Germany. Cross-border expertise: The applicant's background in political science, learning, and development could be invaluable in navigating international regulatory frameworks and adapting them to the German market. Niche need: The specialized nature of the role—combining global compliance with local operational needs—makes it less likely to be filled by local candidates in Germany.
