Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in workforce management or a related field, with previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
