Your Profile: Proven experience in workforce management or a related field, with previous leadership experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in workforce management software and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
