AI Video Creator & Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

easycosmetic is an online shop for beauty products with over 40,000 products from more than 450 brands.

We are looking for you to join our marketing team in Berlin-Tempelhof as an AI Video Creator & Automation Specialist, in part-time or full-time, permanent position.

Video is our most important channel. You will establish and shape a new area, reporting to our Marketing Lead and management and working closely with the AI/BI, Content, and Development teams. Remote work is possible nationwide.

• You will produce AI videos in series for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our online shop, covering everything from avatars to voice and finished clips.

• You will develop promotional, educational, talking-head, and entertaining short videos for our beauty niche.

• You will create digital avatars that serve as the faces of our brand.

• You will build automated workflows that transform raw material into finished clips.

• You will continually test new AI models and tools.

• You will take over our existing video pipeline and produce your own clips from the start.

• In the first few months, you will reduce the time from raw material to finished clip and launch an initial recurring avatar format.

• You have proven experience with AI-generated videos and can showcase a portfolio.

• You are familiar with AI-supported video editing and post-production.

• You have a good sense for social video formats and know what makes videos successful.

• You are passionate about AI and use modern tools like Claude in your daily routine.

• You keep yourself constantly updated.

• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.

• You speak good German (at least B2), English is a plus.

• Advantageous: Experience with open-source models on your own GPU, prompt engineering, LoRA training, programmatic video editing (e.g., Remotion, ffmpeg), workflow automation (e.g., n8n), motion design, sound design, or experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
