Gardening Assistant (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working outdoors and want to contribute to a clean and well-maintained environment? Then join Charité CFM in Berlin and support the team in outdoor facility maintenance.

• Conduct planting and maintenance work in outdoor areas

• Trim hedges and take care of basic tree and shrub maintenance

• Mow lawns and maintain green spaces using appropriate machines and tools

• Clean streets and paths with sweepers

• Drive vehicles with trailers and carry out loading and unloading tasks

• Empty waste containers and collect rubbish on the campus

• Operate, clean, and maintain garden machinery and tools

• Carry out small repairs and vehicle maintenance

• Assist with winter service tasks

• Training or experience in green area maintenance or winter service advantageous

• Driving licence class BE required

• Physically fit and a careful working approach

• Team player and open to feedback

• Technical and practical skills

• Good command of spoken and written German

• Independent and reliable working style

• Friendly interaction with patients and clients
