• Provide competent advice to hospitals and doctors

• Evaluate medical issues

• Assignments in various areas of AOK such as prevention and care management, hospital management, and health promotion

• Regular training sessions at the AOK training centre and in your region

• Secondary school certificate or (subject-specific) university entrance qualification at the start of training

• Good analytical thinking in our online test

• Commitment and responsibility in new tasks

• Openness to teamwork and good communication skills

3e2 After the training, you'll receive a secure career perspective with a permanent employment contract. This is with a significant employer in the healthcare sector boasting around 7,400 employees.

4b6 In addition to an above-average training allowance of up to €1,484.00 in the third training year, we offer various social benefits, such as an occupational pension scheme and Christmas and holiday bonuses. Your starting salary after training is approximately €47,000 per year.

552 We offer flexible working hours, remote working (20% of working time), and 30 days of holiday, plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, to enable a healthy work-life balance.
