Description
Placement in various departments following a structured training plan
Assumption of defined tasks in the production of precision metal components
Setting up lathes, milling, and grinding machines, as well as creating and adjusting machine programs
Conducting quality control on workpieces
Performing maintenance and inspection tasks on machines
Participation in workshops, internal lessons, and structured exam preparation
Requirements
Strong technical interest and craftsmanship skills
Good knowledge of Mathematics and Physics
Ability to work in a team, precision, and diligence
Willingness to continuously learn
Good German skills and basic knowledge of English
