Caretaker (m/f/d)

• You will manage the maintenance of buildings and ensure supply and disposal, as well as maintenance.

• You will oversee the vehicle fleet and implement fire and occupational safety measures.

• You are responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of facilities, buildings, and service vehicles.

• You will digitally document maintenance activities and occupational safety issues.

• You will carry out minor repairs and coordinate specialised companies for technical work.

• You will also take on additional roles as a first aider, fire safety officer, and safety coordinator.

• You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally in electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or sanitary engineering.

• You have several years of professional experience in technical building management.

• You possess manual skills and good PC knowledge (MS Office).

• You have a Category B driving licence and are willing to use your own car for work-related travel.

• You speak fluent German (at least language level B2/C1).
