Order Clerk for Co-Payment Claims (m/w/d)

In this position, you will undertake a variety of tasks related to co-payments and claims.

• You will efficiently and purposefully manage the collection of co-payments.
  

• This includes conducting dunning procedures, offsetting requests, and enforcement actions.
  

• You will confidently respond to and advise on internal inquiries and customer complaints.
  

• You will prepare statements of claims and process refunds.
  

• You have completed training as a social insurance clerk or a legal assistant.
  

• You have practical experience in the area of debt collection.
  

• You are well-versed in the services and co-payment laws of health insurance.
  

• You are proficient in MS Office and specific programs like oscare (SAP).
  

• Discretion and reliability are your strong suits.
