Intro
Do you want to ensure that production runs safely and reliably? In the operations team in Göttingen, you will support membrane modification with your technical expertise. You will work in a team of 50 dedicated colleagues, all striving together for better health for more people.
Description
Ensure stable production processes: good quality, timely delivery, supply capability, and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate production processes and align resources, materials, and production capacities
Analyse production metrics and implement measures for better processes, quality, and cost efficiency
Plan, execute, and support production trials, product launches, and technical optimisation and investment projects
Support the introduction, improvement, and monitoring of production facilities and processes
Identify causes of quality deviations and support measures to improve quality
Coordinate maintenance activities and precisely analyse process and equipment disruptions to resolve them permanently
Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational safety requirements and support training
Accompany commissioning and validation (testing) of new equipment and assist with disruptions
Requirements
Completed industrial master qualification in chemistry, state-certified technician qualification, or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in production, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with analysing and improving production processes as well as handling process and quality deviations
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, CAPA, or Root Cause Analysis
Basic knowledge of GMP regulations is desirable
Teamwork skills, good communication, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
