Claims Representative (f/m/d)

• Handling vehicle damage claims

• Contact with insurance companies, freight forwarders, and service providers

• Writing emails and letters to customers, authorities, lawyers, and other entities

• Preparing invoices for claims

• Verifying incoming payments

• Making decisions on the settlement of claims

• Negotiating outstanding claims

• Engaging with internal departments and external partners

• Commercial training or a similar qualification

• Experience in insurance or law is an advantage

• Experience in claims processing, preferably in the automotive field

• Friendly interaction with internal and external customers

• Confident demeanor and sense of responsibility

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
