Educational Specialist

Borussia Dortmund is a globally renowned football club and a company with over 990 employees. We are looking for an educational specialist to accompany young players on their academic and personal journey at our youth academy.

• Close collaboration with the educational management in advising and supporting BVB players at the youth academy
• Accompanying youth players at secondary schools and on-site visits
• Organising internship placements for youth players
• Planning, organising, and conducting educational events
• Providing individual pedagogic support and assistance for self-help
• Active participation in the youth centre team
• Point of contact for parents and communication with coaches in the youth academy

• Completed degree in Education, Social Work, Social Pedagogy or a comparable recognised programme in Educational Sciences
• Professional experience in educational and advisory work with young people
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a confident appearance
• High commitment, ambition, and passion
• Very conscientious and reliable working style
• Down-to-earth and authentic appearance
• Enjoy working in a team
• Strong enthusiasm for football, ideally a black and yellow heart
