IT Administrator

E-Komm IT & Kommunikation is an owner-managed IT and communications company focusing on modern telephone systems, network technology, server solutions, and IT services.

We are looking to strengthen our team with a technical employee (m/f/d) in the field of IT and communication systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up and managing IT and communication systems
• Installation and maintenance of VoIP telephone systems (e.g., 3CX)
• Support for workstations, servers, and networks
• Setting up and configuring routers, firewalls, and switches
• Error analysis and troubleshooting on-site and remotely
• Setting up PCs, phones, headsets, and network components
• Documenting systems and workflows
• Participation in IT projects and migrations

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT field
• Several years of professional experience in IT/communications preferred
• Independent interest in modern IT sector products
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1), are essential as most customer communication is in German
• Independent and customer-oriented working style
• Friendly demeanor towards customers
• Class B driving license

Knowledge in the following areas is advantageous:

• Windows Server/Microsoft 365
• Network technology
• Firewall and VPN solutions
• VoIP and telephone systems (3CX)
• Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
