Description
Programme Overview
The internship programme runs from 01.12.2026 to 31.05.2027. Three days a week, you'll work with Berliner Wasserbetriebe and get to know our various departments.
Our partner will also support you with offerings that ease your career start in Germany. This will allow you to gain practical experience, improve your German skills, and prepare step by step for an application at Berliner Wasserbetriebe.
What to Expect in Practice
During your practical days, you'll work in a department that matches your qualifications, experience, and interests.
Possible tasks include:
Planning and conceptualising plants, networks, and construction projects
Project management and site supervision
Technical realisation and optimisation of existing systems
Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Documentation and quality assurance
At the beginning, you'll learn about Berliner Wasserbetriebe at a welcome event and receive all important information for your start.
Throughout the programme, a dedicated contact person will support you in your daily work and assist with any questions.
Requirements
You'll Bring
A degree in fields such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
You already reside in Germany.
Ideally, you have German proficiency at level B2.
You are eager to establish your career in Germany and further develop both professionally and linguistically.
