BVB Event & Catering GmbH organises events at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and manages all logistics and catering around match days and events. We are looking for reinforcement in the field of event logistics for full-time (40 hours/week) as soon as possible.
Description
Your Tasks
Plan and coordinate logistics processes for events
Create schedules and timelines for the setup and dismantling of event areas
Plan personnel and rental materials, manage event materials such as furniture or technology
Oversee and supervise the setup and dismantling of event spaces
Act as the on-site contact for service providers, suppliers, and the event team
Ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
Document processes, handovers, and feedback (e.g., using checklists or reports)
Requirements
Your Profile
Training in event management, logistics, or experience in these fields is advantageous
Strong organisational skills and reliable working method
Friendly, confident appearance and high discretion
Able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
High level of commitment and assertiveness
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience with MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
Good knowledge of English
Experience with event technology is a plus
