Fixed Asset Accountant (m/w/d)

Wall GmbH is seeking a full-time Fixed Asset Accountant for our Berlin-Reinickendorf location. In this role, you will ensure that our fixed assets are accurately, clearly, and digitally represented — from office desks to urban furniture and advertising spaces.

Wall GmbH specialises in urban furniture and outdoor advertising. As part of the JCDecaux group, the company equips cities with modern urban furniture and markets both analogue and digital billboard media in around 20 German cities.

• Responsible for ongoing fixed asset accounting

• Record, verify, and book asset acquisitions and disposals

• Accurately and promptly process capitalisation transactions in the system

• Monitor regular depreciation parameters

• Act as a point of contact for fixed asset accounting queries

• Collaborate with various departments, such as Operations & Logistics

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Plan and conduct regular asset inventories

• Participate in projects aimed at improving processes and systems

• Completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk or office administrator

• Or a degree in economics or accounting

• Several years of professional experience in fixed asset or financial accounting

• Good knowledge of fixed assets, as well as accounting and depreciation under HGB

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in FI and MM

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Communicative working style and high level of self-initiative

• Reliable and self-reliant working style
