Educational Support Staff in Kindergarten (m/f/d)

Our municipal daycare centre "Haarer Waldkäuze" in the City of Haar is located right by the forest – ideal for nature-based pedagogy. In our facility with four groups and a large garden, we care for children aged approximately 3 to 6 years.

We are looking for you as educational support staff, at least 35 hours per week, starting immediately.

• Support educational professionals in the daily routine of mixed-age groups

• Lovingly accompany, care for, and nurture children aged 3 to 6

• Create a safe and stimulating environment

• Participate in educational activities and projects

• Observe and document children's development

• Help shape a structured and appreciative daily routine

• Collaborate trustfully within the team

• Completed training as a state-certified childcare worker or equivalent qualification

• Joy and empathy in working with children

• Teamwork skills, reliability, and a sense of responsibility

• Interest in needs-oriented education

• Commitment to engaging with our educational concept
