Production Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator (m/f/d) for the assembly department at Sartorius Lab Instruments in Göttingen, who will make a decisive contribution to efficient production. The work takes place on-site.

As a Production Operator (m/f/d) in the assembly department, you ensure that products are provided in the desired quantity, quality, and time to guarantee a smooth production process.

• You assemble highly complex components, both mechanically and electronically.

• Handle all production steps independently with responsibility for quality and adherence to standards.

• Strict adherence to all safety regulations.

• Careful and precise documentation of relevant production data.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace according to the 6S mentality.

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field or several years of relevant professional experience.

• Good knowledge of materials, products, systems, and production processes, as well as mechanical and electrical skills.

• Ability to read and understand complex calculations and measurements confidently.

• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards and their implementation.

• Structured and timely reporting to shift or team leadership.

• Strong team spirit, high reliability, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking.
