Description
You are responsible for procuring software and hardware, as well as training and consultancy services.
You implement procurement processes by considering economic efficiency, internal regulations, and framework agreements.
You manage purchases through market analyses, negotiating offers, and handling orders and invoices.
You work closely with IT managers, procurement management, and contract management.
You participate in budget planning and monitoring and advise stakeholders on their requirements.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or similar qualification
Further qualification in business administration or a university degree and several years of experience are desirable
Good knowledge of SAP MM/EPC, commercial law, procurement processes, and procurement law
Proficient German language skills at least at B2/C1 level
