Customer Advisor / Salesperson (f/m/d) Car Rental – Open to Career Changers

Do you enjoy working with people and have an interest in cars and mobility? At Europcar, you support customers with vehicle rentals, ensuring a friendly and professional service.

You will receive comprehensive training at the start, covering everything you need to get going. There's nothing stopping you from joining car rental as a career changer! 

• Rent out vehicles to customers

• Sell and advise on additional services

• Support in administrative tasks, such as vehicle allocation and cash handling

• Collaborate with the team in daily operations

• Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Provide friendly customer service on-site

• Enjoy interacting with customers and have a friendly manner

• Ideally, have initial experience in sales, hotel, hospitality, retail, or a similar field

• Fluent in German

• Basic English skills or willingness to learn

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Interest in cars and mobility
