For our location in Rheinstetten, we seek a Meat Production Specialist (m/w/d).
Description
Material Provisioning: Ensuring the availability of raw materials, auxiliaries, and supplies, including weighing and batch preparation
Sausage Production & Equipment Operation: Production of raw, cooked, and boiled sausages, as well as operation and monitoring of production equipment (e.g., grinders, mixers, silos, cutters)
Quality Control: Conducting quality and material checks to ensure flawless processing
Hygiene & Food Regulations: Responsibility for compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations during the production process
Requirements
Education: Completed training as a butcher journeyman/master, or a specialist in food technology, with relevant professional experience.
Work Method: Understanding of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness; able to work independently and meticulously as part of a team
Working Hours: 5 days a week, with regular working hours and willingness to work night shifts in rotation.
Language Skills: Good German skills are an advantage
