Description
Ensure a stable and high-quality production process in the pickling plant
Optimise the pickling process to enhance quality, productivity, and safety
Conduct chemical bath analyses, evaluate them, and implement appropriate corrective measures
Manage equipment setup and product changeovers
Inspect and measure components to maintain consistent quality
Identify disruptions in the process, resolve them, and improve workflows
Plan and execute maintenance and cleaning tasks
Supervise wastewater treatment and disposal according to legal and internal guidelines
Train and support operating personnel
Contribute to the development of safe work processes
Assist adjacent areas in production and quality
Requirements
Completed technical or scientific vocational training, for example as a Surface Coater, Electroplater, Chemical Technician, or Chemical Lab Technician
Several years of experience in operating chemical production facilities
Proficient in handling chemicals and associated equipment
Ideally, knowledge in cutting manufacturing as well as measurement and testing technology
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good communication skills and analytical thinking
Team orientation, problem-solving skills, and sense of responsibility
Willingness to work in a shift system
