Description
Responsible for the operation, stability, and performance of the Azure middleware
Plan, manage, and prioritise developments
Coordinate with internal and external partners as well as other teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards, IT security, and regulations
Analyse requirements and estimate the effort for new solutions
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and openly report on progress, risks, and dependencies
Develop and maintain a realistic product roadmap
Support incident, change, and problem management around the middleware
Requirements
Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
Strong experience with complex middleware solutions, ideally with Microsoft Azure
Experience as a product manager or technical project leader
Confident in handling various requirements and priorities from different departments
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is advantageous
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is beneficial
Service orientation, quality awareness, and persuasive skills
High level of commitment, ambition, and passion
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
