Telephone relay of basic information regarding ongoing or new inquiries
Responding to general queries
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or are studying business administration, economics, health sciences, or a related field
You possess good IT skills, especially in MS Office
Knowledge of SAP or oscare® is an advantage
You are flexible with your time and value teamwork
