Vehicle Body Mechanic/Paint Technician (d/m/w)

We are expanding! Our Retail Quality Team is responsible for the technical partner network at Autohero. As a Vehicle Body Mechanic/Paint Technician (d/m/w), you ensure the quality standards of our vehicle preparation alongside damage assessments, cost estimates, and remote diagnostics. You will be a competent contact for technical enquiries regarding our vehicles and work closely with our teams.

• Take responsibility for approving repair orders for our vehicles 
  

• Utilise your affinity for vehicles to reliably identify and assess damage on used cars
  

• Handle administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints
  

• Create calculations with part recording through the logistics program and ensure quality assurance and control of the evaluated data
  

• Provide technical support to our partner workshops and Refurbishment Centers
  

• Significantly contribute to the optimisation of our vehicle preparation processes and further develop standards and procedures
  

• Automotive background, as well as commercial training and initial practical experience in an office or sales setting
  

• Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools 
  

• Structured, self-reliant, and team-oriented working style
  

• Excellent German skills, basic English proficiency, and familiarity with common software applications (such as Microsoft Office)
  

• Flexible and quick thinking, with a willingness to work in flexible locations
