Python / Odoo Software Developer (m/f/d) – PropTech Core Backend

Who we are:

We're developing the open building operating system of the future. We utilise the Odoo ERP framework (Python/PostgreSQL) and transform it into a high-performance platform that surpasses conventional software capabilities. We integrate building data (MSR, IoT, wireless fire protection) and personal biometric health data (wearables, diagnostics) within a closed matrix. Scientifically supported by leading regional universities, we're creating solutions for the corporate health and premium smart home markets.

Your responsibilities with us:

· The Human-IoT Pipeline: You will develop interfaces to connect modern enterprise security APIs and process real-time biometric data in Odoo.

· Intelligent Logic & Smart Grid: You will write Python modules for automated, biologically adaptive control loops (light spectra, room climate) and integrate dynamic electricity tariffs for industrial cooling systems.

· Architecture & Core: You will design and optimise high-performance time series databases within our Odoo backend.

What you bring:

· Solid experience in software development with Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL).

· Ideally, deeper knowledge of the Odoo framework (module development, APIs).

· Enthusiasm for IoT protocols (MQTT, REST) and the future market of Green-Tech/PropTech.
