Architect

We are looking to strengthen our team with a full-time permanent hire starting immediately.

Stark + Stilb Architects is a classic architectural firm. From initial ideas and concepts through to design, planning, tendering, awarding contracts, and site supervision, projects are handled and managed by a dedicated team of up to 20 architects and site managers.

The office has been realising demanding projects in social infrastructure, administrative and security buildings, as well as residential and office buildings for private and public clients for many years. A key focus of our work is existing buildings, such as renovation, repurposing, and extension.

For ongoing and upcoming new construction projects as well as comprehensive building renovation tasks, we are seeking experienced colleagues to support our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent and creative implementation of projects from the basic planning to the detailed planning stages.
• Coordination of project-related specialist planners.
• Communication with all parties involved in the planning process.
• Scheduling and updating timelines.
• Cost assessment.

We welcome:

• Committed and motivated applicants (m/f/d) with a completed university degree in architecture.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in design and execution planning.
• Experience in project and team management is desirable.
• Confident handling of CAD and image editing software (AutoCAD and Vectorworks).
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
