Sales Assistant in a Drugstore (m/f/d) – 20-25h/Week

You make a difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, a meeting place for brands and people.

As a sales assistant, you are always ready to listen to our customers' wishes. Besides your knowledge of the dm range, you impress with expert advice and make retail a pleasant experience.

Your working hours are arranged with your dm store in various shifts (morning, noon, evening) from Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

• Provide friendly advice to customers and answer questions about the range of products

• Neatly arrange goods on the shelves and present them attractively

• Ensure customers can easily navigate the store

• Take passport photos according to the requirements for IDs

• Operate the checkout and ensure a smooth completion of purchases

• Process online orders and prepare express orders

• Help design themed displays and promotions in the store

• Check product inventory and assist with orders

• A completed commercial apprenticeship

• Experience in retail or a commercial environment

• Enjoy interacting with people and have a good sense for service

• Confident use of smartphones and digital tools

• Good German language skills

• eID activation on your ID card for the passport photo service

• Team spirit, motivation, and calm even in stressful situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday
