Intro
The city administration, through the City Green and Sports department, is responsible for the maintenance and design of urban green spaces, parks, and trees. From historic parks to street trees, we ensure the cityscape remains green and safe.
We are looking for you as a gardener or forester for tree care.
Description
Maintain trees using aerial work platforms up to 35m in height, e.g. crown care and crown reduction for mature trees in historic parks
Carry out crown care and formative pruning on street trees
Fell trees, sometimes in challenging conditions using abseiling techniques or cranes
Set up and secure construction sites according to regulations
Participate in winter services and be on call
Requirements
Completed training as a gardener in landscaping or as a forester
Class B driving licence
Chainsaw certification AS-Baum I
Full physical fitness, especially for working at heights
High level of commitment and teamwork skills
Required driving license
