Claims Management Representative (m/f/d)

The Europcar Mobility Group is a leading car rental company offering attractive alternatives to owning a car. We are looking for a Claims Management Representative to join our team in Hamburg on a part-time basis (30 hours, fixed-term), working in a hybrid model.

• Manage and process vehicle damage claims with insurers, freight companies, and service providers

• Conduct research and communicate with clients, authorities, lawyers, and other parties involved

• Prepare billing for claims cases

• Follow up on incoming payments

• Make settlement decisions and conduct negotiations

• Communicate with internal departments and external partners

• Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally in insurance or legal sectors

• Experience in claims processing, preferably in the automotive sector, is beneficial

• Service-oriented towards internal and external clients

• Confident demeanor, commitment, and sense of responsibility

• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
