You will learn about different business processes and qualify for challenging commercial tasks in the relevant departments.
Description
Learn about operations and processes in various departments according to a fixed training plan
Participate in exciting, often international projects
Get to know all core commercial functions such as marketing, purchasing, logistics, accounting, and HR
Plan, control, and monitor production processes, and create calculations, invoices, and quotation comparisons
Maintain customer contacts and assist with administrative and organisational tasks
Receive support through workshops, internal training, and structured exam preparation
Requirements
A strong interest in business
Organisational talent and the ability to work on tasks independently and systematically
Flexible and reliable working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Very good knowledge of English, German, and Mathematics, and proficiency in using MS Office applications
