What matters to us

As an HR Assistant (m/f/d), you will strengthen our Human Resources team and take on an important interface role between employees, managers, and applicants.

With organisational talent, empathy, and a keen sensitivity to people, you ensure our HR processes run reliably and smoothly. You take on both administrative and organisational tasks and also take responsibility for employee and trainee support. From digital time recording to recruiting and payroll to internal HR projects: you keep an overview, bring in your own ideas, and lend a hand wherever you're needed.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Monitoring and controlling digital time recording and clarifying any discrepancies that arise
• Planning, organising, and conducting training for employees and trainees
• Supervising and accompanying our trainees during their professional and personal development
• Independently handling a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks in the HR field
• Actively designing and coordinating our onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with the Junior HR Manager
• Assisting in all recruiting processes – from processing incoming applications to selecting suitable candidates
• Participating in the monthly payroll and creating reports, statistics, and personnel-related evaluations
• Planning and coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, and internal events
• Organising and managing complimentary tickets, including allocation to our employees
• Preparing and implementing employee actions and small tokens of appreciation for our teams

This suits you – and us

• A completed commercial training as a solid professional foundation
• Initial professional experience in HR as well as basic knowledge of labour and social security law are advantageous
• Highly trustworthy and discreet in dealing with personal and sensitive information
• Very good PC user skills and the ability to quickly and confidently work with new digital systems and tools
• A structured, careful, and independent work style alongside good organisational talent
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to actively engage in various HR topics
• Communication strength, empathy, and a confident manner with employees, applicants, and managers
• Good to very good English skills for secure communication in an international work environment
