Corporate Client Clerk (m/w/d)

Do you want to competently advise corporate clients and carefully handle matters related to insurance and contribution law? At AOK Niedersachsen, you will work at a corporate client location in Lower Saxony and support employers with important questions.

• Process corporate client transactions in a service-oriented manner and to conclusion

• Provide telephone advice to corporate clients on questions of social insurance law

• Assess the insurance obligation or exemption status of employment relationships

• Examine contributions and applications for exemption from insurance obligations

• Open and manage employer contribution accounts

• Manage reminders and balance processing

• Handle incorrect notifications from employers, federal employment agencies, and job centres

• Training as a social insurance clerk, healthcare management specialist, or tax clerk with experience in payroll accounting

• Comprehensive knowledge of the social insurance law relating to insurance and contributions
