Customer Advisor / Salesperson (m/f/d) Car Rental – Open to Career Changers

Europcar gets people moving and offers customers the right vehicles for many situations. At our Neubrandenburg location, you'll support the team in car rental, advise customers amicably, and sell suitable add-ons. You can start as a career changer and learn everything you need to know step by step.

• Renting out Europcar's vehicle fleet

• Advising customers

• Selling additional services

• Supporting a great customer experience

• Handling office tasks, such as vehicle planning and cash desk

• Working closely with the team

• Working early and late shifts

• Scheduled work on weekends and public holidays

• Enjoy interacting with customers

• Friendly demeanour

• Initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, or retail is advantageous

• Open to career changers

• Fluent in German

• Basic English skills or willingness to learn
