For our location in Jessen, we are looking for you as a Machine Operator / Plant Operator / Production Staff – career changers are also welcome. The position is permanent, with 38 hours per week in a continuous shift system.

• You ensure smooth operation of machines and systems

• You perform regular preventive maintenance work

• You carry out cleaning tasks properly

• You handle adjustments for products and packaging

• You initiate the necessary steps to resolve machine malfunctions

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a machine and plant operator

• Several years of professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the food industry

• Reliability and a cooperative working style with all involved in the plant

• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night shifts, and weekend work)
