Your Responsibilities
- You will support your clients throughout their lives, offering comprehensive advice in both private and business contexts.
- You will always keep an eye on our range of products and advise your clients using the Sparkassen finance concept.
- If necessary, you will work closely with the relevant specialists (e.g., in retail customers, securities, building savings, insurance) and know exactly when to involve colleagues for higher customer segments.
- You will unlock potential: with skilled communication and persuasive power, you will actively deepen existing business relationships and continuously attract new clients for MBS.
- When needed, you will take on service tasks, e.g., card ordering, assisting with online banking inquiries, or general monitoring tasks for your own cases.
- For all your activities, you will involve both your own and responsible colleagues from the branches where necessary.
What We Are Looking For
- A completed training as a Sparkassenfachwirt or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in commercial credit and customer advisory
- An active BaFin ID as an investment advisor and advisory and sales competency related to standardised private and business active and passive products, as well as a business understanding of corporate client needs
- A keen interest in working with digital media and technical tools
- A self-conception and willingness to actively involve yourself and MBS in various business associations and attend appointments outside your own branch
What We Offer
- An annual salary between 57,700 - 74,300 euros (TVöD-S), adjusted for your professional experience
- Tariff and above-tariff special payments
- 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours, and part-time offers
- 32 days of vacation, additional days off on the 24th and 31st of December, and special leave days for special occasions
