The tasks and challenges for MAUSER are growing. Therefore, we are looking for YOU to join our plant in Hamburg-Harburg at the earliest opportunity as:

Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring the production process and reporting deviations to the Production Team Leader (PTL);

• Packing the produced units as specified;

• Assisting in starting up and shutting down machines;

• Regular cleaning of production machine accessories during colour change processes;

• Ensuring the supply of production accessories (labels, packaging materials etc.) at the workstation.

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

• Completed training as a machine operator, mechanic, or similar technical qualification is an advantage;

• Ability to work independently within the given work assignment, maintaining high quality standards;

• Several years of experience in the production or craft sector;

• Willingness to work in multiple shifts;

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written;

• Reliability, team spirit, and a high level of performance and responsibility readiness.
