Facility Manager Infrastructure (m/w/d)

• You will ensure and monitor the quality assurance of facility management services at around 100 locations.
  
  

• You will further develop existing service processes and analyse structures to optimise efficiency and quality.

• You will consider legal changes and contribute to strategic alignment.

• Digital development and quality assurance are also among your tasks.
  

• You will manage external service providers and handle defect notifications.

• You will design and optimise tender and contract structures, conduct award procedures, and manage contract negotiations.

• A degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification is required.

• Experience in infrastructure building management, especially in cleaning and green area maintenance, is advantageous.

• Knowledge in cleaning and hygiene technology as well as relevant regulations is necessary.

• Experience in managing service providers and contract design is important.

• Ideally, you have knowledge of procurement law. Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and CAD is expected.

• Very good German language skills (at least B2/C1) are required.

💶 Salary & Social Benefits: You will receive a salary between 63,700 and 75,900 EUR. Additionally, there are holiday and Christmas bonuses as well as family-related benefits.
