We are looking for a motivated Building Services Technician (m/f/d) for our experienced plumbing and heating team. Join us in Hamburg and the surrounding area.

• Comprehensive management of buildings and residential properties, primarily in the area of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology.
  

• Independent execution of all tasks in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sector.
  

• Completion of orders on time, within budget, and to professional standards.
  

• Responsible management of materials and work resources.
  

• Ensuring careful handling of tools and machinery.
  

• Completed training as a systems mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification in the SHK sector
