Customer Advisor / Sales Representative (m/f/d) Car Rental – Also Suitable for Career Changers

We are looking for you to join Europcar Mobility Group in Erfurt as a Customer Advisor and Sales Representative in the Car Rental department, full-time.

Provide customer advice, sell additional services, and work with a modern vehicle fleet.

• Renting out the vehicle fleet

• Advising customers

• Selling additional services

• Organising vehicles and managing cash operations

• Collaborating with the team

• Working in early and late shifts

• Assignments on weekends and public holidays as per schedule

• Enjoy working with customers and maintain a friendly demeanour

• Ideally, have initial work experience in sales, hospitality, or retail

• Communicative team player

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Passion for cars and a driving licence class B

• Open to new mobility trends
