As part of succession planning, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) - ideally with a team - who brings substantial experience in medical staffing.

Your responsibilities

• As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the expansion, development, and results-oriented leadership of your branch
• Your commitment ensures the organisation and smooth running of branch operations
• You oversee sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the branch's development and economic growth by acquiring vacant positions and attracting new clients
• With passion and drive, you build your team and are also responsible for budgeting and reporting.

• You have significant experience in the personnel services industry and enjoy sales
• You impress as a networker with your open and communicative manner and contribute your goal-oriented work style to the team.
