Description
Business Operations: Together with the store management, you are responsible for ensuring smooth market operations.
Leadership with Heart: You work closely with the store management and support them in their daily tasks.
Creative Product Presentation: You independently manage your product areas and contribute to optimisation.
Staff Planning: Your work includes guiding and mentoring employees.
Accounting: You handle cash reconciliations and prepare the closing report.
Requirements
Education: You have completed commercial training and leadership experience in food retail.
Experience and Knowledge: You have knowledge and experience in merchandise management and personnel leadership.
Independence: Your work is well-structured, you act independently, are committed, and know how to motivate your team.
Organisational Talent: You act flexibly, are sociable, have strong communication skills at all levels, and possess a confident demeanour.
Customer-Oriented Approach: A customer-focused, confident, and friendly approach is second nature to you.
