The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is expanding its "Real Estate" department: Here,

we plan, construct, and operate all buildings – from

rehabilitation centres for our insured individuals to modern office buildings

for our 26,000 employees. Around 600 experts in the

department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management,

construction and facility management, as well as environmental and energy management,

oversee our diverse portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. In the

coming years, we are gradually converting our locations to an

ecological and economically viable energy supply – CO2-conscious

and future-proof. In short: We create modern rehabilitation centres,

work environments, and spaces where DRV Bund can conduct its core business.

Your Responsibilities

You will drive the strategic development of our real estate portfolio.

With your strong foresight and experience in real estate-related portfolio management, you will actively shape the future

of our portfolio and contribute significantly to the efficient and

sustainable use of our nationwide office buildings. In particular, your tasks will include:

Collecting, analysing, and evaluating the existing real estate portfolio regarding economic viability and strategic development potential,

Managing projects to optimise the use and further development of

our properties,

Preparing economic studies and facilitating investment decisions,

Closely collaborating with internal departments to derive strategic

decision-making foundations.

Due to our nationwide properties, carrying out the role involves occasional and well-planned business trips.

Your Profile

Your strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and

confident handling of IT systems and programs provide the foundation

for well-informed decisions. You communicate on equal footing, actively exchange ideas with your colleagues, and jointly develop solutions. Furthermore, you have:

A completed university education (Bachelor's or Diplom (FH)) in a

field of economics or a real estate-related study program,

Several years of professional experience related to the responsibilities mentioned above,

Ideally, experience with a CAFM or portfolio management system.
