Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

In this role, you will provide comprehensive and professional advice to our customers. You will act as a reliable contact person and offer support both in person and digitally.

• You will advise our customers by telephone, in person, and via email on all questions concerning AOK's services and insurance products.
  

• Your advice will be tailored to the individual needs of our customers, utilising our wide range of additional offers.
  

• Your goal is to acquire new customers and thus reinforce AOK's competitive position.
  

• You have training as a social insurance clerk or healthcare management assistant and three years of professional experience.
  

• You possess sound knowledge of service and insurance law.
  

• Experience in direct customer advisory is ideal.
  

💶 You will receive an attractive salary between EUR 52,700 and EUR 67,900, including Christmas and holiday bonuses and additional family-related allowances.

🏠 You can spend up to 20% of your working time in a home office.
